If you see this message, it means there's a KidzDocNow account already associated with that email address. This can occur because if you used the previous version of KidzDocNow, your information may have been migrated over to the new version. Try logging in with your email and password.
Despite the reason, the easiest solution is to reset your password.

- Check your email and copy the verification code, then go back to KidzDocNow and enter it, tap Verify code, then tap Continue
