Welcome to telemedicine and KidzDocNow! This guide will show you how to set up your KidzDocNow account with step-by-step instructions. It’s a very simple process that you’ll complete in no time. So, let’s create your account!
Before you can begin using KidzDocNow you will need to create an account. This process starts at the login screen. You can access it by clicking the link in the email sent to you from Pediatric Associates.
- On the login screen tap Sign up now
Fig. 1 - On the Create an Account page, enter your email address
- Tap Send verification code
Fig. 2 - A verification code will be sent to your email, copy it and paste it in the Verification Code box, then tap Verify code (Fig. 3)
Note: Check your junk folder if you do not see the code in your email. If it’s not in there, tap Send new code on the Create an Account screen

Fig. 4 - The Tell Us About You page will open up ⏤ Please look over your personal information in the Tell Us About You page and check it for accuracy
- If everything is correct, tap Continue

- On the next page, you may add a profile picture (optional)
Fig. 6 - Finally, you will see the Welcome to KidzDocNow page ⏤ tap Continue
- You will now see the Select a Patient page ⏤ you may now add your child’s information by tapping Add New Dependent and entering the required information
