This guide will show you how to request and start a visit in KidzDocNow.
Note: If you need to contact support, please understand the agents cannot recommend providers or offer medical advice.
- Log in to your KidzDoc Now account
Fig. 1 - Select the patient to be seen
Fig. 2 - Select the state you are in and confirm your location by tapping the confirmation box, then tap Continue
Fig. 3 - Select the provider you want to see by tapping Schedule if you want to schedule an appointment or See Now for an On Demand visit
Note: If an option is unclickable (greyed out), it means that the option is unavailable.
Fig. 4 - If you are scheduling a visit, select an available date and time
Fig. 5 - Otherwise, select See Now to begin the On Demand visit request
- Complete the Visit Information section including acknowledging the child is present with you and that in the event the provider you chose is unavailable, you consent to be transferred to another provider ⏤ you can also add attachments to share with the provider

Fig. 9 Fig. 10 - On the Welcome Page, agree to the Policy and Privacy agreements and the insurance verification agreement, then tap Next
Fig. 11 - The next page will show you if your camera and microphone are on ⏤ tap Join Visit Now
Fig. 12 - You will now be in the virtual exam room

A. End the visit
B. Camera off or on
C. Microphone off or on
D. Chat
